The Advanced Open Water Diver programme is designed to improve your diving skills and give you the knowledge and experience to explore more demanding underwater environments. You can start it after completing your Open Water Diver certification. Small groups of up to 4 people, a flexible schedule, worldwide SSI certification, and all materials, equipment and insurance included.
The programme includes five dives, two of them mandatory: a deep dive, where you learn to plan dives for greater depths, and underwater navigation, improving your use of the compass and natural reference points. For the other three dives you choose specialities such as boat diving, night diving, peak performance buoyancy, search and recovery or wreck diving, together with your instructor.

Good to know
- Prerequisite: Open Water Diver certification (or equivalent). Minimum age 12. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- A health questionnaire must be completed before diving. If you have a pre-existing condition such as asthma or heart issues, consult your doctor first. Avoid diving within 12 hours of flying.
- Bring your own towel and swimwear.
