Vikos gorge is the best known and one of the most beautiful canyons in Greece, in the heart of the Vikos-Aoos National Park in Zagori. The trail starts at Monodendri village and crosses the gorge.
The impressive landscape, the rich flora and the springs along the vertical rocks will thrill you. The route takes about 5 hours, and at the end you reach the springs of the Voidomatis with their crystal-clear blue water before finishing at Vikos village. Recommended for every hiker and nature lover.

Bring hiking shoes and clothes, water, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and a raincoat in case of rain.

Every day from April to November, at 09:00. Duration about 5 hours, easy to moderate. Minimum age 12, with a guardian. Runs with a minimum of 4 people, up to 30.
Smaller groups are welcome too: send a request even for 2 people and Active Nature will add you to an existing group.
