Cooking with Honey and Olive Oil – Greek Flavours in Pallini

Combining the signature products of Greece – olive oil, honey, herbs, cheeses and wine – From A to Bee has created the Greek Flavours activity. We cook together, creating tasty combinations of these products, and taste the dishes we prepared following the basic rules of food and wine harmony.

The experience is led by an experienced chef and a sommelier who share the secrets of pairing and basic cooking techniques. It takes place in collaboration with Anima VinOlea, with traditionally grown varieties of Attica (Assyrtiko, Savatiano and others) in cooperation with Wine Between Us.

Duration: about 180 minutes. Available on request – the price depends on the size of the group.

Where: at the From A to Bee apiary in Pallini (Elpidos Pouli 2), easy to reach by metro, bus or taxi from the centre of Athens.
