The Venetikos is the longest tributary of the Aliakmonas and for most of the year its water has a beautiful teal colour. The river is known for its arched stone bridges from the 16th and 17th century.
Route B runs on the most beautiful stretch of the river, from Eleftherochori bridge to the village of Agapi, where the Venetikos meets the Aliakmonas. An easy but impressive route, with lively water and rich wildlife.
