A 90-minute creative tasting at the organic herb farm of Kostas and Angeliki in Asomatos, near Komotini. You taste chocolates infused with the aromatic herbs of Thrace and learn which herb gives each one its character.
Nine different chocolates are on the table, together with organic herbs and dried herbal blends. Your hosts guide you through pairings with Thracian herbal teas, local honeys and traditional foods of the region.
